We can supply integrated HPCCC / HPCPC systems to work sequentially within an holistic package that includes the option to use your laboratory preparative or process chromatography / extraction system independently as an Preparative / Process HPLC system, as well as a HPCCC or HPCPC system.
Both Quattro HPCCC and HPCPC are unique in that AECS developed generic gradients can be used with them to screen any target, in any matrix to yield fractions covering the polarity range from infinitely polar to infintely non-polar targets.
Each of the Quattro HPCCC / HPCPC fractions so generated will be of such a narrow polarity range that they could be injected into an HPLC, HPLC-MS, SFC, SFC-MS column filled with appropriate stationary phase for the target / polarity range of choice, with no fear of poisoning or irreversibly contaminating the column.
As Quattro HPCCC / HPCPC have no solid stationary phase, they themselves can have injected into them repeatedly, crude, filtered (or by pre-agreement AECS, with custom design, unfiltered) extracts of natural products, human / animal / plant / fungi / bacteria / virus / prion etc cell / tissue extract, synthetic reaction mixes, fermentation broths, and collected material after recrystallisation.
To give you some idea of Quattro HPCCC / HPCPC target matrix flexibility we have completed engine oil polarity scans for full polarity range of engine oil additives from low-molecular weight, polar detergents, to high-molecular weight, non-polar viscosity index modifiers in one run after injecting sample in near boiling hexane / acetonitrile biphasic solvent mix. The same instrument with different biphasic solvents has also been used for near infinitely polar RNA / DNA / mAb's / peptides / proteins / enzymes and chirals.
AECS has completed many unique feasibility studies which allowed problems that could not be resolved by HPLC, HPLC-MS, SFC, SFC-MS, bioassay alone, to be fully researched and solutions found by sequential first stage Quattro HPCCC / HPCPC followed by appropriate support techniques.
